Every year in February, the Rajputana Automotive Sports Car Club in association with the Department of Tourism holds a vintage & classic car rally in Jaipur. Reviving an automobile era long gone, more than 100 vintage cars rally on the roads of the historic Pink City. With some of the entrants dating back as far as 1923, the event makes for an incredible spectacle for both car aficionados and laymen alike, as they journey from the Jai Mahal Palace to Castle Kanota. This event has also lead to Jaipur becoming a prominent destination for restoration of old cars.
