If you're after a base in fashionable Kazimierz, you won't do better than Kolory. Set in a recently restored historic property overlooking Plac Nowy, the family-run Kolory is just a short stumble from Alchemia, Singer and all the area's other bars.
Traditional Polish folk art adds a touch of colour to the simply decorated rooms, all of which have their own bathroom, television and wi-fi. Those at the front have a great view of the square but be warned - it can get noisy at weekends.

An excellent continental breakfast is served in the lively Les Coleurs café next door.
