Piccolo Mondo, meaning ‘Small World’, is one of the best places in Venice where you can actually dance until late (early) hours. Piccolo Mondo is frequented by people of all ages (up to their 40s) that crave to dance to the eclectic mix of Latino, techno, pop and other types of music played by skillful DJs. The club gets quite crowded and the dance floor could have been bigger, but this all adds to the electric atmosphere at Piccolo Mondo. The nightclub requires some effort to be found since it’s located in a small, side alley; make sure you dress to impress or else the club’s eccentric doorman might decide not to grant you access. Admission to Piccolo Mondo costs 10 EUR, which includes a drink. Subsequent drinks cost about 10 EUR, while beers are around 8 EUR.
