Since ancient Greek time, the horses have been used for various therapeutic purposes. The famous Greek physician Hippocrates, popularly known as the 'Father of Medicine,' has also written in lengths about the therapeutic effects of horseback riding.
How is it done?
Guests of the resort can also take part in a yoga-meets-riding experience. Here the guests will be guided through a gentle yoga class while on horseback. And all this will happen close to the beach, with the soft sound of waves crashing on the rocks.
