The stylish Le Sutra hotel located in Khar, Mumbai leaves an indelible impression on every one who walks in. The hotel has named its three levels as Tamas, Rajas and Sattva, with the design inspired by Indian music, art and mythology. Each of the 16 rooms spread on these three floors is based on characters (Ravana, Ashoka, Buddha) or characteristics (sensuality, love, purification). The colourful artefacts, royal architecture and arty interiors of each room make it different from the other. The dining experiences range from the European fare served at the Out of The Blue restaurant, to drinks at the Mediterranean-centric Olive Bar & Kitchen , and scrumptious desserts at Café Deliciae. For those interested in some rest and rejuvenation, the boutique hotel’s Angdai Day Spa has a bouquet of body massages, exfoliation techniques, wraps, clean-ups, rituals and hand and feet care packages on offer. Adding to its urbane vibe, the hotel also houses an art gallery that often hosts exhibitions and engages artists and culture-enthusiasts.
