Scotland welcomes you to the first vegan hotel in the UK

The UK is all ready to welcome guests to its very first vegan hotel that opens at the end of June. The 19th-century house is located in Perthshire’s Pitlochry, which is a Victorian village in Scotland. The hotel is called Saorsa 1875, and has a total of 11 bedrooms. It welcomes guests to experience English luxury, and the luxury of eating the best of vegan dishes.
The restaurant here at the hotel is going to be plant-based, and will only serve the very best of local, and seasonal plants. It takes a step further and offers vegan drinks as well; as an added advantage, your dogs are also welcome! The menu is created by Luca Sordi, who is the head chef at the restaurant; he states that the plant-based menu has taken inspiration from Scottish wilderness, and all dishes have been created from local ingredients.


Plus, if you want to eat something late at night, you will find a well-stocked minibar in your room with the choicest vegan food options, all of which are locally sourced. Guests can also take part in cooking classes and outdoor adventures, and you also have a chance to experience top-class wellness.
Saorsa 1875 takes veganism very seriously, and wants to embed the virtues of this particular lifestyle, and be a part of the growing social justice movement. All set to open on June 15, 2019, this is one place that can definitely be on your bucket list.
