This popular restaurant in Cusco came into being when four friends decided to open a place where people could just sit over a couple of drinks and a plate of tapas and indulge in conversation. Even eight years later, that is the nature of this restaurant. You can hear people talking in different languages at night, either in the bar or in the candle-lit environs of the restaurant.
The owners say that they are very choosy about the products they use in their cooking. Fresh, locally produced ingredients go into making their dishes. Local products mingle with the international ones to create a marriage of exquisite flavours. This beautiful fusion comes through in each dish that the restaurant serves. The place stays crowded so book in advance.
