A cheap, tasty breakfast 24 hours a day at an Atlanta-based iconic chain
It isn't fancy and it isn't pretty, but it has satisfied a certain craving on a late night - or a day after a late night - since 1955. This Atlanta-based chain has earned cult status for being open and busy in even the wee hours of the night, serving up eggs, grits (a Southern version of polenta), pancakes, and waffles to an eclectic crowd.
What won't vary is the food. It's lowbrow but decent and prepared on a greasy griddle right in front of the counter where you'll sit. You'll recognize a WaHo by its telltale canary yellow sign and trim.
