Trattoria Corte Sconta is one of Venice’s most renowned seafood restaurants, popular with locals and in the know tourists so it’s best to make a reservation to avoid disappointment.Corte Sconta features an imaginative and inventive menu served in a cute, hidden, vine covered courtyard. One of the most popular signature dishes here is the huge, multi course, super tasty seafood antipasti which includes carpaccio of tuna, spider crab, clams in ginger, prawns, sardines, octopus, squid and more. They also have excellent homemade pasta, many daily specials and the wine list has a good selection of organic and biodynamic wines.
Corte Sconta can be a little difficult to find, but most locals should be able to point you in the right direction so don’t be afraid to ask if you get lost trying to find the restaurant. You can also ask the restaurant for directions when you book.
