Located near the Nazareth Church in Kumarakom, The Waterside restaurant is one of the most popular ones in the city. Set within the Royal Grove resort, the restaurant lives up to its name with a chic decor and half of its tables located out in the open overlooking a waterbody. While the restaurant is known for the amazing service it offers to the guests, the portions served here are said to be enormous. The menu has an interesting mix of Indian food that covers all the popular regions and serves some of the best local favourites as well, both in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
