It would have been on its way to becoming a dowager in the GK II Market but Diva has just had a facelift. The ground floor has become a cafe like its country cousin in GK I N-Block Market. This one has a wood-fired pizza oven which does double duty for several dishes including a Potato and Artichoke Torta. Do try the Crab and Asparagus Salad. Upstairs, the fine-dining restaurant is back with a spanking new look, a wine cooler with an award-winning wine list, and a menu which changes with the passing of the seasons, just as you would find in Italy. It says something for the quality of the food here that the Indian owner caters for all the Italian Embassy dinners for dignitaries and public functions.
