Sukanta’s well-known thali is unlimited and selected with care so that the starters, beverages, main course and dessert all get equal attention. The aam panna kicks off the meal, which includes four subzis (one each from Maharashtrian, Gujarati, Rajasthani and North Indian cuisine), sweets, farsaans, chaat, dal, puris, bhakris and rice.
