Overlooking the historic St. George’s market, several dishes whipped up in this contemporary restaurant, use ingredients sourced from market traders. As Georges’ of the Market say on their menu, “Just look over our balcony to find our bread, egg, sausage and bacon supplier, you couldn’t get more local!” Try the Ulster Fry that comes highly-recommended here, which for those who don’t know it yet, is a lightly-browned potato, two fried eggs, pork sausages done just right, black-and-white pudding and a scrumptious juicy tomato.
