Hung'ER, a part of the Park Hyatt, is A picture-perfect place to savour some authentic Swiss delicacies. Known for its meat preparations, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner at fix times. Chef Frank Widmer along with butcher Ernst Brönnimann, plates some marvellous dishes. From deer to cow, each animal here is treated with utmost tenderness and skilfully prepared. As far as the price is concerned, the food here is available at quite a reasonable price. The menu here will delight any carnivorous and the starters are like flank steak from dry-aged farm cows and field-grown lamb’s lettuce with egg and tofu bacon or pork bacon while the main course has 5 week dry aged farm cow. Sound fun food trail!
