Tawaheen-al-Hawa is a great place to have a traditional Jordanian meal. Do not let the entrance with its castle like door make you believe that it is a small restaurant. Inside it is large and very spacious with an open courtyard to sit and have your meal. The atmosphere here is excellent, especially upstairs where there is open air seating along with some shade cover too. Read less

Tawaheen-al-Hawa is a great place to have a traditional Jordanian meal. Do not let the entrance with its castle like door make you believe that it is a small restaurant. Inside it is large and very spacious with an open courtyard to sit and have your meal. The atmosphere here is excellent, especially upstairs where there is open air seating along with some shade cover too. The interiors are charmingly well decorated without being too loud. With the local music playing in the background, this place has the perfect ambience to enjoy a wonderful meal with friends and family. Tawaheen-al-Hawa is good for a large gathering too.
Service at Tawaheen-al-Hawa is professional. The waiting staff is attentive and quite friendly. The welcoming atmosphere makes the people linger over their meals, enjoying and relishing each bite of their food. So when in Amman do make a detour to this eatery and we promise you, it will actually be worth it.
