Indigo restaurant is located in Colaba, one of the posh localities of Mumbai. Sumptuous surroundings and prompt services double the pleasure of savouring authentic Continental fare and delightful desserts. Guests can indulge in some of the scrumptious soups, of which chicken and wild mushroom broth, and Indigo lobster bisque are must-have. The first course menu offers an eclectic mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights, including half-dozen Cochin oysters, caramelised Atlantic scallops with confit lamb, house-smoked Scottish salmon and tartare of vine-ripened tomato. The second course includes vegetables cooked in different ways, pumpkin and goat cheese tortellini and seared tofu with tentsuyu broth, among others. Choose from a range of wines and spirits from the well-stocked bar of this facility. Tempting chocolate truffle, pineapple upside down cake and fresh home-made ice cream are not to be missed!
