Chef Billy Allin was born in New York, raised in the Southeast, trained in San Francisco, and has taken culinary inspiration from his Naples-born grandmother. These influences have proven to be a success at his restaurant Cakes & Ale, a name taken from a line in Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night'.
