If you’re in the mood for a steak or a stiff drink, this is the place for you! Located in the north of the city beyond Wat Phnom, The Exchange is nestled into an iconic Phnom Penh colonial building serving delicious drinks and food from a packed menu. The menu is set out mimicking the stock market, beginning with Seed Capital and Green Shoots (starters) moving right through to Soaring Stocks (mains) and Ice Exchange and Melt Accounts (desserts and ice creams). An exciting modern menu, starters include tasty items like smoked salmon cheesecake and Kampot peppercorn pate. If salads, seafood and starters aren’t you thing, there are plenty of larger items to get your mouth watering including grilled king island beef tenderloin, baby back ribs and braised lamb shank.
