Whether it is an early brunch, a fulfilling lunch or a late dinner, this vegan restaurant’s expansive menu offers a variety of dishes for all meals. Located on 79th street at Lexington Avenue, the eatery is much known for its snacks such as angel’s nachos with mozzarella, tofu sour cream and chilli-grilled seitan, and stuffed avocado with a crunchy filling including quinoia, radish and toasted pumpkin seeds. Opened in 2003, the restaurant lists a wide selection of dishes on its menu including spaghetti and wheat balls, seitan piccata with creamed spinach and a Moroccan spiced chickpea cake with sautéed veggies, red pepper-coconut curry and toasted almonds. Catering to the fine diners of the vegetarian spectrum, this two-storey restaurant also organises weekend brunches for larger groups.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
