It’s not just him though that has found success here, chef Gikas Xenakis has been by his side for the past few years. Known as one of the most talented Greek chefs, Xenakis gathered experience for years at some of the prominent Greek restaurants before developing and honing his own style. Today, he brings modern techniques and traditional Greek food to the table here, offering menu items such as red pumpkin mousse with caramelized chestnuts, cured pork and fresh black truffle. One should go to this restaurant with an open mind as they use many ingredients not generally used by others and the wine list accompanies the food menu perfectly.
