Far and away the best way to reach Moscow airports
Word to the wise: Buy a combined metro and train ticket before boarding to save yourself time once you reach the city centre.
The absolute best way to get to and from all three of Moscow's airports is via the Aeroexpress trains which run on the circle line to link Belorussky station (Sheremyetevo airport), Paveletskaya station (Domodedovo airport) and Kievsky station (Vnukovo airport). The journey takes between 30-45 minutes (depending on which airport you need) and costs a fraction of the price of a taxi.
Aeroexpress trains start running from around 6am until 12midnight. Outside these hours taxis are the only way to get to and from the city.
