Bandipur National Park
Bandipur is part of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve and is known for its tiger population. The national park also offers a rich variety of wildlife including elephants, leopards, and various species of birds. The park remains closed during monsoon season. October to June is the best time to visit Bandipur National Park.
Nagarhole National Park
Also known as Rajiv Gandhi National Park, Nagarhole is a sprawling wildlife sanctuary located in the Kodagu and Mysore districts of Karnataka, India. The park boasts dense deciduous forests, streams, and waterfalls that create a haven for a wide variety of flora and fauna. Visitors can witness an impressive array of wildlife, including majestic Bengal tigers, Asian elephants, Indian bison (gaur), leopards, and a plethora of bird species.
Bannerghatta National Park
Situated just 22 kilometres south of Bangalore, Bannerghatta National Park offers a unique blend of wildlife and adventure. Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary
Located in the Western Ghats of Karnataka, Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary is a haven for adventure enthusiasts and wildlife lovers alike. The lush deciduous forests and rivers provide a habitat for a variety of species, including the elusive black panther, elephants, sloth bears, and over 300 species of birds. Dubare Elephant Camp
Situated on the banks of the Kaveri River in Karnataka, Dubare Elephant Camp is a unique destination where visitors can interact with elephants in a natural setting.
