The southern-most district of Colaba is also the city’s most famous area, because of grand heritage structures such as the Gateway of India, the Taj Mahal Palace & Hotel and Victoria Terminues; iconic restaurants such as Leopold Café; art galleries; cultural centres and delicious street food joints. Cosmopolitan Bandra is home to designer boutiques, as well as countless cutesy restaurants and bars. Lower Parel is equally hip and happening, with luxury malls, creative studios and boutiques.
