Reaching Port Blair is not a difficult task as it is quite a popular tourist destination and can be easily accessed via air and sea routes. Veer Savarkar International Airport, more commonly known as Port Blair Airport connects this place with other parts of the country and world via network of flights. This long, nearly 50 to 60 hours sea journey is bound to be fun, interesting and an experience in itself. From Kolkata and Chennai, around three to four ships sail every month to Port Blair. Besides, every month one ship sails from Vishakhapatnam too that interested travellers can avail.
