A recent survey has revealed that Colombo in Sri Lanka is the number one ‘must-photograph’ travel destination of 2019. Recently, a study was conducted on around 1.3 million social media posts and as per the research, most of the people want to click picture the Asian city of Colombo in 2019. If was followed by Yokohama in Japan and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in Uganda.
The research was commissioned by a telecommunications equipment firm to celebrate the launch of its new device. Not only this, the research also discovered that young Brits are more interested in travelling to lesser-known and discovered places on Earth.
It found that half of 18 to 25 year-old these days search for such places that their friends have not been to. While other half said that they wish to be the first one to find the new destination, get clicked there and post in on their social media platforms.
Around 66 percent of people said that their smart phones were the best travel essential and long battery life along with good camera is what travellers expect from their mobile phones.
