So make sure you wear sun cream and cover up if it’s sunny, and if the weather turns bad and the water is choppy, be prepared to get a little wet! It’s great for some adventure activities and really makes travellers feel as if they are exploring the wild coast or sailing into the horizon to a secret Bond villain's island. The island itself is very wild. Covered in jungle, one slice of the shore is set up with bungalows and a few local restaurants serving cold drinks, and Asian and western menus. The beach is shallow and great for families to paddle around. Be careful of the incoming boats though, as they launch right up on the shore! If you’re looking for a tropical island escape with a castaway feel—Rabbit Island is for you!
