The upper reaches of Uttarakhand experienced snowfall, rain and hail storms on Tuesday, April 21. On the other hand, though it did not rain in many plain areas in the state, the weather, nonetheless, remained cloudy. On Monday, the strong wind storm in Dehradun’s Defence Colony uprooted several trees, thereby incurring a loss of property in the area. Read less

On Monday, the strong wind storm in Dehradun’s Defence Colony uprooted several trees, thereby incurring a loss of property in the area.
According to the news reports, strong winds and rainfall was also experienced in the Yamunotri valley today.
According to the weather department, some areas of Kumaon may also receive rainfall.
