A pure veg. restaurant offering authentic Rajasthani cuisine and finding huge number of takers and that too young blood swarming the place is quite surprising. A generation whose inclination is usually toward non-vegetarian fast food stalls swarm this unpretentious restaurant in Patia (near KIIT University) almost every evening. The usual ambiance here is one of chaos and cacophony. The reason for this mayhem is the delectable assortment of parathas available here. Paneer, alu and onion parathas hot off the tawa with butter over its glistening crispy surface are scrumptious and as moreish as one gets in Punjabi dhabas. Other must try items here are Rajasthani chole, Rajasthani matar paneer and Rajasthani gatta. If you live nearby, opting for a take away would be advisable to avoid the crowd.
