The 3 star Hotel Becher may be located somewhere in the labyrinth of central Venice’s streets, but its private boat landing on the Rio dei Barcaroli canal makes it easy to reach and once you begin finding your way around on foot, the Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge are no more than a couple of minutes away.

Hotel Becher’s room decorations feature Murano glass lamps and period furnishings that rival the ambience of more expensive and upscale hotels. For the classic Venetian experience, you should try to book one of the rooms with canal views. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but overall, this is a good, centrally-located 3 star hotel that offers good value for money.
