Perhaps the best part is that nearly all of the food—meat, cheese, pasta, vegetables, everything except for what is marked ‘imported’ on the menu—comes from the owner’s farm outside of Pattaya! Who is this madman? Meet the Italian owner and mastermind behind Trattoria Pizzeria Toscana, Luca, originally from Pisa. Often, he can be seen at the restaurant with a smile and a warm greeting for guests, but wow if you ever catch him on a bad day (now that is entertaining)!
Recommended dish: Green Ravioli filled with guinea fowl meat and covered with parmesan cheese sauce. Be honest, your mouth is water, isn’t it?
