Alsisar is located 23 km away from Jhunjhunu. The fort of Alsisar was founded in 1783, and has been converted into a heritage hotel. Malsisar is only 5 km apart from Alsisar, and these towns are said to be twin towns.

Harsukhrai Ramjasrai Tulsian Haveli was built in 1850 Haveli with fine paintings, while the Satyanarayan Temple and Lakshminath Temple were both were built more than 100 years ago.

Chhatris of Bahadurmalka have pretty paintings in their domes, which are around a well, built in 1846.

Jhunjhunwala Haveli is not a huge haveli, but has good murals on outer walls. If you can manage to find the caretaker, inside rooms has paintings of folk tales of this region including Laila-Majnu, and Heer-Ranjha.
