Mozaic is famous for its 6-8 course degustation menu that changes daily, and consists mainly of modern European food. The restaurant uses local and in-season produce in an inventive way to dish out the best of food. The food is impeccably presented as a colourful work of art, and the head-chef, Chris Salans, who is quite the celebrity after being featured on the Indonesian version of Masterchef, describes his food as being ‘orchestrated like a symphony.’
The setting at Mozaic is very romantic and glamorous, with crisp white table clothes and intimate candle light tables set in a spacious tropical garden. The staff at Mozaic is experienced, knowledgeable, and offer a proper silver service experience.
