One of Bangkok’s biggest shopping malls, Siam Paragon is the place to be at for young Thais with money to blow. Many of the city’s fashionistas come here to purchase the latest in designer clothing, accessories and footwear. Among the many iconic brands found on the ground floor are Louis Vuitton, Versace and Hermes along with Jimmy Choo, Prada and Rolex. Be prepared to drop some coins; just because you’re in Thailand doesn’t make the prices any cheaper!
The second floor features more affordable stores like H&M, Zara and Thai favorite Jaspal. Above this are the luxury car showrooms for industry giants like BMW, Aston Martin, and Maserati. The fifth floor also has an excellent food court with some of the best food in town. In addition to its 250 stores, Siam Paragon boasts of housing city’s biggest aquarium, as well as a giant cineplex and IMAX theatre. So, even when you are tired of shopping, you won’t run out of things to do! But reserve trips to Siam Paragon for the weekdays, since weekends are usually wildly crowded.
