Visitors sick of racking up huge credit card bills in the city's five-star eateries come here to give their plastic a break. Modelled on the cafes that line the streets of Vietnam’s urban centres, it has a mile-long menu and a bare-bones, but spotlessly clean, set up.

As you might expect, there's an entire section dedicated to pho, the noodle soup that is a staple of any Vietnamese breakfast. There are over a dozen varieties, although the opening hours mean diners will have to treat the dish as more of an early lunch.
