Doddalahalli Kempegowda Shivakumar or D K Shivakumar is an Indian politician from Karnataka and a member of the Indian National Congress. He is currently serving as the Minister of Energy in the government of Karnataka. He is a member of the Legislative Assembly from Kanakapura constituency.

Shivakumar's home and office were raided by Income Tax Department in connection with alleged tax irregularities case on August 2, 2017. Eagleton resort, near Bengaluru, frequented by Shivakumar and owned by his brother D. K. Suresh was also raided as part of this investigation.
