‘OTC’ Roman Reigns Might Reunite The 'OG' Bloodline To Reclaim Tribal Chief's Position
Roman Reigns is hell bent on claiming back the title of the ‘Tribal Chief’ of the Bloodline, ever since making his stupendous return at SummerSlam. While he had an upper hand on the new Bloodline and its leader Solo Sikoa on the first two occasions, the tables turned in a massive way last night, on SmackDown.
On SmackDown last night, Solo Sikoa once again challenged Roman Reigns to come for the ‘Ula-Fala’, if he wants to be acknowledged as the ‘Tribal Chief’ of the Bloodline. He was even seen explaining to Tama Tonga about the consequences, if Roman recaptures the ‘Ula-Fala’. The Ula-Fala is a pendant that signifies the position of ‘Tribal Chief’. Solo was heard as saying, “I'm the Tribal Chief Now, and if Roman takes this(Ula-Fala) back from me, then he becomes the Tribal Chief. And you will acknowledge him and I will acknowledge him too. That is if…..he can take this back from me.” while conversing with Tama Tonga backstage.
When Solo called Roman out in the ring, just like last week, Roman came out all guns blazing and attacked Tama Tonga and Solo with his signature moves. He even managed to ‘Spear’ Solo this time around. Just when it looked like the ‘Head of the Table’ would permanently capture the Ula-Fala back, the Werewolf Jacob Fatu appeared out of nowhere and attacked him brutally. Fatu, who was absent from last week’s SmackDown, helped the new Bloodline annihilate Roman Reigns with a Triple Power Bomb, through the announce table to end the show. This was an unprecedented ending of SmackDown, which no one had expected.
Following this beat down by Solo and his recruits, Roman’s chances of recapturing the Ula-Fala and title of Tribal Chief alone look very bleak. Now, he will need support from the members of the original Bloodline; Jimmy Uso, Jay Uso and possibly even Sami Zayn. There were also rumors and some strong reports about another Samoan wrestler(Hikuleo) joining WWE, which could pave the way of Roman having some more fire power under him to recapture the Ula-Fala. It is very evident that Roman cannot defeat the new Bloodline alone, specially with the added explosiveness of Jacob Fatu, who has wreaked havoc ever since arriving in WWE.
If indeed Roman reunites the original Bloodline, with the Uso twins, Sami and maybe even Hikuleo joining the group, the fans are set to have one hell of an entertaining ride, for the next few months. All this chaos and turmoil may end up in a 6 man tag team match, possibly at the ‘Bad Blood’ PLE. The stakes are high and the pressure is paramount on both sides. The battle for the real ‘Tribal Chief’ title, has surely begun after Roman’s decimation by the hands of the new Bloodline.
