January 2024 completely changed the WWE and Vince McMahon’s life forever. It was during this month that former WWE star Jamel Grant sued Vince McMahon. In her lawsuit, Grant accused Vince of a number of things including sexual assault and sex trafficking. While Vince will always be associated with WWE, Grant’s lawsuit has effectively put him far away from the company.

However, many believe that because of Vince’s massive wealth and influence, he'll be able to get away with these crimes even if he is found to be guilty. Even Grant's spokesperson was asked about the possibility of Vince being pardoned if his friend Donald Trump becomes the President of the United States. Let's take a look at what Grant's spokesperson had to say in response:

“There is no politics at play here. This is a straight case where a woman was human trafficked. That is exactly what this is. I have worked with a lot of survivors over the years. I’ve represented Harvey Weinstein actresses, I’ve represented (Jeffrey) Epstein survivors. This is sort of what I do. There are no politics at play. This is exactly what it is, which is human trafficking.”

Vince McMahon will never be back in WWE

Due to the nature of the allegations against Vince, the possibility of him never coming back to WWE has now become very real. Even if McMahon is found to be innocent after the legal proceedings, his image has been ruined to such an extent that it is now unsalvageable. Also worth noting is the fact that WWE has been doing just fine in Vince’s absence.

So, since business is good, there is no real reason for WWE to risk things by allowing McMahon to come back. The allegations against him are very serious and could even result in jail time if he is found to be guilty. At this point, it is safe to say that Vince’s time in WWE has come to an end.
