Cody Rhodes took to Instagram to give the fans a glimpse of what his life looks like outside the ring. Cody shared a bunch of images with the captions “72 hours off”. Most of the images shared by Rhodes showed him spending some quality time with his family. Hidden amongst the pictures of his family was a photo of Cody from his high school days.
Back then Cody was still known as Cody Runnels instead of Rhodes. It can also be clearly noted on Cody’s high school ID that he belonged to the class of 2004, something that reminds the fans of just how young Cody was when he started out as a professional wrestler. Rhodes’ latest Instagram post makes it clear that he is a family man through and through.
Speaking of family, he will soon be teaming up with
Roman Reigns to take down Reigns’ family members Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood 2024. Let’s take a look at what we can expect from this highly anticipated matchup.

Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns are two of the biggest stars that
WWE have at their disposal at the moment. So, for them to team up to take down a common enemy is a huge event in the grand scheme of things. Regardless of what happens in the match, Rhodes and Reigns’ simple decision to join forces will end up rubbing a lot of people the wrong way.
First, we can expect a reaction out of The Rock who has always been supportive of the Bloodline. As it happens, The Rock Final Boss could easily leave Roman’s side due to his decision to align with Rhodes. On the other hand Cody’s friends Randy Orton and Kevin Owens who have suffered a lot at the hands of the Bloodline will also be unhappy about the champ’s decision to join hands with Roman.
As for the match itself, all four wrestlers are amazing at their craft. We’ve already come to expect masterclasses from Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, so the pressure will be on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu, who must match the intensity and work rate of their opponents.
