NEW DELHI: Former India cricketer and coach Ravi Shastri has provided insights into the conditions of the pitch ahead of the ICC ODI World Cup final between India and Australia at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
Shastri, during the pitch report for the summit clash, indicated that the pitch (pitch number five) is expected to assist spinners.

"Dew is uncontrollable. If there's no dew, you could be in trouble. Batting first, getting runs on the board is premium. But India won't be too bothered either way," he added.
