Blue Moon does not mean that it appears blue in the sky but it represents the rarity of the Moon. This is something that happens infrequently. This Blue Moon is going to be a micro moon, which means that Moon will be at farthest point from earth that will make it small and dim.
You should take a vessel full of water and add white flowers, sweets and milk in that and then offer it to the Moon God. This will bring peace into your life.
You should prepare panjeeri, panchamarti, take bananas and offer yellow flowers to Lord Vishnu on this auspicious night. This will remove all the obstacles from your life.
