Reasons why Aahat can be a hit this season

According to a report on Bollywoodlife.com, Sony TV's Aahat will soon feature Bollywood's sexy siren, Sunny Leone, in one of its episodes. Reportedly, the actress is not appearing on the show to promote her upcoming film, Ek Paheli Leela. She will be a part of one of the episodes of the horror show.


With the show having fetched good numbers, the makers and the channel have decided to air the show for four days a week instead of making it a weekly, stated the report.

Hence the writer of the show, Sridhar Raghavan, who had penned the spine-chilling, horror stories for the initial 300 episodes of Aahat, has been retained for the new season. The writer has apparently also quit his job of writing stories for films to write for Aahat.

Special effects and graphics: Gone are the days when cameras played around to enhance the horror value of a scene. The new season of Aahat will be high on Visual Effects. Special attention has been paid to the details. There is a lot of chroma-key shoot that is taking place to create sets that have never been seen before.

Worth the wait: With news of Aahat returning to TV after four years, the level of excitement is quite high. The audience has learnt that this time, it's freakier, spookier and crazier than the original series. In fact, this season is for those viewers who have been craving for a dose of horror and thrill about stories revolving around mystery and supernatural elements.
