S. Sreesanth’s crores-worth Kochi bungalow: A multi-acre property defined by cricket journey, comebacks and family-first living

S. Sreesanth aka Shanthakumaran Nair Sreesanth is a name that will be remembered for many reasons. Former India pacer, Sreesanth’s cricketing career swung between fame, glory and controversy. A significant member of India’s historic 2007 ICC World Twenty20 and 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup-winning squads, the sportsman was noted for his aggressive on-field persona. He has given many memorable performances. But during his primes, in 2013 his career came to a sudden halt after his alleged involvement in the Indian Premier League scandal which led to some years ban. The cricketer also appeared in many movies across Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu cinema.
Despite all the controversy, the man rebuilt his life around family and went all spiritual. His life today is rooted in his luxurious home in Kochi, Kerala where he lives with his wife and two kids.

According to reports, the property was valued at over ₹5.5 crore at the time. But real estate experts note that Edappally has seen steady appreciation which means the current valuation of the bungalow is likely significantly higher crossing ₹8–10 crore in today’s market.
The house was constructed in the mid-2010s. The same time when Sreesanth was struggling with legal battles and rebuilding his life. Reports suggest that after returning home, the house became an emotional anchor for the family. It is not just a residence but also a deeply personal space.
