Hindon Elevated Road’s new ramps could be a real estate game-changer for Indirapuram and Vasundhara

In a recent update, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has cleared the final design for the much-awaited two new ramps on the Hindon Elevated Road. This new infrastructure upgrade promises to improve connectivity for people living in Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Siddharth Vihar and other nearby localities. The project is aimed at easing traffic movement.

The Hindon Elevated Road is a 10.3-kilometre corridor connecting Raj Nagar Extension to UP Gate on the Delhi border. The best thing is that it is a signal-free road. It has been one of Ghaziabad’s most crucial transport projects since becoming operational in 2018. But the residents of several residential blocks have been complaining about limited entry and exit options.

As per GDA’s plan, the two new planned ramps will improve access between the elevated road and densely populated residential areas.

Exit ramp leading into Vasundhara
Cost: Approx ₹90 crore
Length of Indirapuram ramp: About 590 metres
Length of Vasundhara ramp: About 620 metres
