"winning nine consecutive elections in the lok sabha and holding important portfolios in the union cabinet, scindia represented the young and dynamic face of congress party", he said. in his condolence message from baroda, vice president krishan kant, who is on a two day's visit to gujarat, said, "i am shocked to know about the tragedy in which scindia and some journalists died."
