PICS: Sugandha Mishra of The Kapil Sharma Show's fame is no less a diva in real life

Teacher Vidyavati of The Kapil Sharma Show aka Sugandha Mishra is a popular stand up comedienne. Her mimicry acts are quite popular and we love the way she carries each character to perfection. She has been a part of popular reality show The Voice India and was more recently seen in The Kapil Sharma Show as teacher Vidyavati. The comedienne has now joined hands with Sunil Grover (post his fight with Kapil Sharma) and will be soon doing a live show with him in Ahmedabad on May 27.

Recently, there were reports about Sugandha tying the knot with co-star Sanket Bhosale. However, while speaking exclusively to the TimesOfIndia.com, both the actors rubbished the rumour.

"I am getting calls from my friends and family from all over the world to ask me about this. My mom doesn't stay with me and she called me up to clarify the same. She knows Sanket and was shocked to hear that I have decided to get married without even informing her. But everything is cool at home now. I made her understand that this is a false news and we had a great laugh over it. I think the report is a bad joke and lacks content. It's a very bad thing that people cook up a story and don't even clarify before publishing it," said Sugandha.

She started her career in 2009 as Bhawana C. Desai on the show Don't Worry Chachu.

Sugandha has appeared on several comedy shows until now and has earned immense fame in the world of comedy.

She was also one of the finalists on the show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.
