raipur: chattisgarh government has declared one-day state mourning on monday following the death of madhavrao scindia, who was killed in an air crash along with seven others at mainpuri district of uttar pradesh on sunday. a decision was taken after chief minister ajit jogi was communicated about the tragic incident at jashpur, where he was on a tour, official sources said here on monday. the national flag would be kept half mast and all public programmes have been cancelled, the sources said.
