Standing tall at 828 meters with 163 floors, Burj Khalifa is the tallest man-made structure in the world. Located in Downtown Dubai, the building houses residences, offices, and luxury hotels and restaurants. It also includes the world’s highest restaurant, an observation deck, and elevators with the longest travel distance!

Marina 101

With a massive height of 426 meters, Marina 101 ranks as Dubai’s second-tallest building. Located in Dubai Marina, it was completed in 2017 after a decade-long delay due to funding issues. The tower includes a Hard Rock Hotel on lower floors and luxury apartments and penthouses on upper levels.

Princess Tower

The Princess Tower, located in Dubai Marina, is 414 meters tall and was once the world’s tallest residential building. Completed in 2012, it has 101 above-ground floors and houses 763 apartment units. It features a combination of one to three-bedroom units, duplexes, and penthouses, plus retail space and ample parking.

23 Marina

At 393 meters tall, 23 Marina is a premium residential skyscraper with 89 floors above ground. Built by India’s Hiranandani Group, it houses luxury duplexes with private elevators. At 370 meters, The Address Boulevard stands close to Burj Khalifa. Developed by Emaar, the 73-floor tower houses a luxury hotel and serviced residences. This luxury space also includes pet-friendly policies, retail outlets, and high-speed elevators; this postmodern skyscraper exemplifies Dubai’s fusion of hospitality, style, and architectural excellence in a premium downtown location.

Standing 360 meters tall, Almas Tower is Dubai’s tallest commercial tower. Located in Jumeirah Lake Towers, it has 68 floors and five basement levels. At 365 meters, Gevora Hotel is the tallest hotel in the world. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 75-story building includes 528 luxury rooms and suites.
