Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales loves to play a popular drinking game; beer pong which she nowadays replaces with prosecco for bringing a classy twist as revealed by her cousin-in-law, Mike Tindall.Mike Tindall, 47, is the retired England Rugby union player who is married to Prince William’s cousin Zara Tindall. In a new interview with Woman and Home, Mike made the playful comment on Kate.“I knew that the Princess of Wales was uber competitive because I’d seen her play a drinking game called beer pong, but normally we play prosecco pong! She still plays it with us”, Mike said as reported by PageSix.“Sport is rife throughout the family, everyone is competitive”, he added.In a previous podcast, “The Good, The Bad & the Rugby” in 2023, Mike in a playful banter has teased Kate about her love of beer pong saying, "I am not going to say, you are uber competitive”, to which Kate shyly replied, “I am not competitive at all.”People reported, The special was shot in the Green Drawing Room of Windsor Castle and timed to the Rugby World Cup, in which Princess Kate, Prince William and Princess Anne all backed different teams for their roles as patrons of the Rugby Football Union, Welsh Rugby Union and Scottish Rugby Union, respectively.Although she loves the beer pong game, she has cut off her alcohol consumption following her cancer diagnosis.Kate Middleton suffered from cancer in 2024. The princess had a major abdominal injury surgery from and soon after she was diagnosed with the disease.On World Cancer Day, in 2026, she candidly mentioned about her “fear” and “exhaustion” that she went through during her cancer journey in a video.The Princess Of Wales was seen narrating the video for various social media channels of Kensington Palace which highlighted the struggle of the others facing the same disease in different parts of the world. It was to show solidarity along with virtue.“Cancer touches so many lives. Not only patients, but the families and friends and caregivers who walk beside them. As anyone who has experienced this journey will know, it’s not linear. There are moments of fear and exhaustion.
