Tips to take from Virat Kohli

Indian skipper Virat Kohli has a crazy fan following today because he has worked hard and given his best. Today, he is amongst the richest cricketers in the world and he is also known as the Run Machine. Life has not always been a smooth ride for him but he has not let that bring him down. There are numerous lessons to take from the most loved cricketer today so how about making a mental note if you want to be successful like him too?

2/6

Be confident

If you are confident about yourself, more than half the battle is won. You have to be confident in whatever field you are in and not be scared of the competition. You cannot perform well when millions of people are watching you and your confidence level is low. Your face should reflect that confidence just like Kohli.

3/6

Take criticism in your stride

It is very important that you have the ability and attitude to take criticism in a positive light. There are many people who will judge you, ridicule you for the smallest of mistakes and especially in a country like our’s where cricket is so important for the humongous population. It is all about how you turn criticism into a positive one and see it from a learning mindset.

4/6

Be aggressive for your goals

By aggression we do not mean violence or name calling. Here we mean that you must accept challenges and be aggressive about winning it until the end. Virat Kohli is well known to be an aggressive player but it is this attitude of his which he channels in while playing for the team.

5/6

Hard work is all it takes

No matter how good you are, without hard work, you can never achieve anything. Even if you are born with a silver spoon, you have to walk your own path and maintain that status which is possible only through hard work. As per Virat, you must never worry about the fruit if you are working hard with all your heart and soul into it. Give your best and you will get success at some point in life. If nothing else, you will not regret anything.

6/6

Be eager to learn

Irrespective of how or who you are, as a human, rather living being, you have to be open and eager to learn things in life. Virat Kholi was well mentored by MS Dhoni and we all have seen the two great Captains. You keep learning until your very end. You must improve your game in whichever field by learning and adding something new to your talent every day to be a successful person. The day you say no, you have stepped back.
