Sleep is very important for our daily functioning and sanity but then it is recommended for 7-8 hours only. However, we have some folks, to be specific, zodiac signs, that love sleeping so much that they may prefer the act of “vishraam” over any other activity. Aries
This zodiac sign is very social indeed but hey love napping throughout the day. When they know they have a night out plan, they will make sure to catch up on their sleep before but never compromise on it.

They love working and then the next activity they deem is best for them, is sleeping! They sometimes classify their week into workdays and nap days. This helps them function better and they feel energised after those naps.They have to fit in sleep time in the day or wherever they can.
Cancer
Cancerians think a lot and worry too much so they generally end up sleeping in the daytime. Naps make them feel good and they are able to cover up on their sleep.
Sagittarius
Sagittarians are adventurous so their sleep cycle can be a bit off. However, they try their best to sleep whenever and wherever possible to catch up with it so that they are able to enjoy rest of the time.
Pisces
Pisces love to sleep A LOT! It is like their go-to solution for every problem. They sleep like a bay and can ditch any programme for a good sleep.
